The former CGA property on New Dam Road in Sanford, pictured Tuesday, has vast mounds of old circuit boards to the sides and rear of this derelict building, which have remained since the business was abandoned in the early 1990s. The town took possession of the property in 2010, and on Tuesday, the town council authorized an agreement with Green Network Exchange, a Massachusetts recycling company that will remove the circuit boards as salvage.
