Skowyra, daughter of Jerry Skowyra of Kingston, Mass., and Ann Conard of Harvard, Mass., is a 2002 graduate of Silver Lake Regional High School and 2009 graduate of Roger Williams University with a master’s in forensic psychology. She is employed as a regional clinical supervisor.
Allen, son of Mark and Louise Allen of Brunswick, is a 2003 graduate of Brunswick High School and 2008 graduate of Roger Williams University School of Architecture and Historic Preservation. He is employed as an historic preservation project manager.
Their wedding is planned for August 2012.
