BRUNSWICK — The Cathance River Education Alliance and the Brunswick boys basketball teams present the ninth annual scramble format golf tournament, to be held Sept. 23, at the Highland Green Golf Club in Topsham.
The nine-hole tournament follows a scramble format. Check-in is slated for 8 a.m., with the shotgun start set for 9 a.m.
The cost is $60 per player, which includes the golf, a cart and a barbecue lunch catered by the Wild Duck Pub.
Prizes will be awarded to the top team, closest to the pin, longest drive and closest to the hoop. Raffle tickets will be sold for a chance at several prizes.
Checks need to be made out to “BHS Boys Basketball” and mailed to Charlie Gordon, 35 Palmer Street, Brunswick, ME 04011.
