THE MORNING SKY in Lewiston was dotted with hot air balloons today, as the first launch of the 2012 Great Falls Balloon Festival kicked off its 20th year. The festival is free and takes place in Simard-Payne Memorial Park. The balloons will continue to launch every day at 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. throughout this weekend.
