The second SummerWind Arts Fest, Windham’s only arts and music festival, took place near Buck’s Naked BBQ on Route 302 in North Windham on Saturday, July 28. Musicians and artist vendors, mostly from the Lakes Region area, helped provide a festive scene at the event, organized by a group of locals headed by Jen White of A Joyful Noise Daycare. Attendance was better than last year, White said, and had a “good mix of ages who came. Overall it was a great success, and the weather held off amazingly,” White said.
