Portland police said no problems were reported at the Gentlemen of the Road music festival, either during the event or as the crowd of about 15,000 left at the end of the show.
Lt. Gary Hutchenson said he didn’t hear any reports of arrests at the concert, and shortly after 10 p.m. the crowd was dispersing.
Traffic on Congress Street was heavy and sidewalks were packed with people looking for night clubs or a place to eat.
