Theft – Three 21-speed mountain bikes and a skateboard were reported stolen from a residence on Ocean House Road. The bicycles include models in boy’s silver, girl’s black and blue Trek.

Burglary – A homeowner on Oakhurst Road reported a home break in. It appeared only alcohol was missing from the home.

Tax fraud – A Shore Road resident reported filing a federal tax return only to have it returned by the IRS with a notice that another return already had been filed using the same personal information.

Monday, July 23

Theft – Tools including a DeWalt hammer drill, a DeWalt impact driver, two batteries, a battery charger and two unibits were reported stolen from a vehicle on Shore Road.

Vladimir Opacek, 19, of Westbrook, on Route 77 at 2:35 p.m., for operating a motor vehicle at an imprudent speed.
