A VERY BIG tuna was caught in the Gulf of Maine on Thursday. The 800-pound, 115-inch fish was caught by Arco Felice. The Casco Bay Tuna Club has been working with the Gulf of Maine Research Institute, supplying them with samples of the daily catch for testing, allowing scientists to calculate the age of fish and where they come from. So far, the club has caught one shark and two tuna during the annual fishing expedition.
