The Planning Board granted a shoreland permit Tuesday that will allow a property owner on Murder Road to proceed with construction of a barn.
The board held a public hearing on the application submitted by Bradley Hoskins to build a barn at 114 Murder Road. Assistant Town Planner Rod Melanson said no one spoke during the hearing, and the board granted the shoreland permit as a result of the required Planning Board review.
The Planning Board held a second public hearing on a site plan and conditional use permit application submitted by Kirt and Kim Weaver for a proposed disc golf course at 357 Middlesex Road. Melanson said a neighbor spoke during the hearing, expressing concern over the placement of a basket as part of the course.
Melanson said the application would be back before the board, which decided Tuesday to conduct a site walk prior to the Aug. 7 Planning Board meeting.
