BRUNSWICK — Vicki Webb, an occupational therapist at Mid Coast Hospital, recently passed the American Society of Hand Therapists’ certification examination.
According to a news release, the CHT credential is an advanced designation for therapists who specialize in the treatment and rehabilitation of the upper extremity and hand.
Webb completed her B.S. degree in occupational therapy from the University of New Hampshire in 1983 and has attended conferences and seminars focused on orthopedics, neurology, ergonomics, cumulative trauma, and the hand throughout her career. In addition, she is a certified ergonomics assessment specialist.
Webb has been a staff therapist at Mid Coast Hospital for 17 years.
