PORTLAND — At its June meeting, the Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA) board of directors elected the following officers for 2012-13:

— Vice president, Michael O’Reilly of Scarborough, Bangor Savings Bank.
— Treasurer, William Shanahan of Scarborough, Northern New England Housing Investment Fund.
— Assistant treasurer, James Otis of Scarborough, Otis/Atwell.
— Secretary/registered agent, Dennis Keeler of Falmouth, Pierce Atwood, LLP.
