GORHAM – Gorham police are searching for a white man who robbed the Rite Aid Pharmacy, 120 Main St., at 2:15 p.m. on Wednesday and fled with oxycodone.

Det. Sgt. Dana Thompson of Gorham Police Department said the man entered the pharmacy and presented a pharmacist with a note and demanded oxycodone. “The pharmacist gave the suspect an undetermined amount of oxycodone and the suspect fled from the pharmacy and the immediate area on foot,” Thompson said in a report.

Police said the suspect is approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall with a stocky build. He was wearing a black-hooded sweatshirt and sunglasses.

Police said the suspect was last seen getting into a small pickup truck, either a black GMC Sonoma long bed or a Chevrolet S-10 pickup. The truck was last seen traveling westbound on Main Street in Gorham.
