TOPSHAM — To commemorate Memorial Day, Topsham Memorial American Legion Post 202 will host a Maine Veterans Recognition Ceremony at 2 p.m. Sunday.
An estimated 25 veterans are expected to receive honors, including certificates of appreciation for service, honorable service medals, and silver commemorative coins.
