Spring signals a time to clean up and get rid of things you no longer want. And while cleaning, it’s not uncommon to gain a couple things you didn’t want: aches and pains.
Don’t worry, though, because more than a dozen health practitioners from Greater Brunswick Physical Therapy will be offering deep relaxation at the next free Light Body Healing Clinic on June 15 from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the hall at People Plus Center, 35 Union St., Brunswick.
Health practitioners available June 15 will include physical therapists, local reiki masters and massage therapists.
Let this be your opportunity to enjoy full half-hour sessions of individualized care for the cost of a donation to benefit People Plus and Mid Coast Hunger Prevention Program.
