The ceremony took place at the Dinner Lake Haven Mobile Home Park and Resort in Sebring, and was officiated by the Rev. Gracelia Flores.
Bailey, originally from Bath, attended Morse High School and is a retired medical unit secretary. Her father is Stuart H. Bailey of Woolwich.
Russello, son of Mr. and Mrs. Angelo Russello Sr. of Deerfield Beach, Fla., was educated in Brooksfield, Conn., and is a retired store security worker.
Karriema Sterling Arkar of Raleigh, N.C., served as matron of honor, and Bob Cole of Sebring was best man.
The reception also took place at the clubhouse of Dinner Lake Haven Mobile Home Park, with music/entertainment provided by Joe Slone, nephew of the bride.
The couple lives in Sebring.
