Arrest
Luke H. Pelletier, 25, of 190 Long Pond Road, Jackman, April 13, 2:08 a.m., charged with operating under the influence, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and speeding 20 to 24 miles per hour over the posted limit, on Wardtown Road.
