BATH — The Hyde School teams traveled to Phillips Exeter Academy for the second track meet of the year Saturday with 27 boys and five girls.

Exeter won the girls’ meet with 134 points, followed by Hebon (39), Pingree (36) and Hyde (33)

Dexie Cercos grabbed two seconds (100-meter hurdles, 17.6; and 300 hurdles, 50.3) and a third in the triple jump (30- 00.50).

Katie Comeaux was second in the discus (99-04), first in the javelin (90-05), and fourth in the shot put (30-10), while Xi Wang placed second in the 3,000 (12:57.9) and third in the 1,500 ( 6: 04.2). Imani Hiller- Bateau was fourth in the javelin (59-02).

Exeter also captured the boys’ meet with 142 points, followed by Hyde (66), Hebron (32) and Pingree (0).

Hyde highlights included Ben Webber placing second in the 100 (11.7) and first in the 200 (23.8). Wondo Shaw was first in the triple jump (37-01), while Chris Moulton won the javelin (140-10).

Alexi Phillippoussis placed second in the pole vault (9-0) and Cody Mitchell second in the 800 (2:14.3) and sixth in the 3,000 (10:26.4).

Also, freshman Keifer Cundy of Harpswell won the 1,500 ( 4: 21.5) and placed in both the triple jump (35-05.50) and long jump (17-05). Other notable performances included Zach Betancourt’s third in the 1,500 (4:22.9) and fourth in the 3,000 (10:24.0), Elvis Leng’s third in the 110 hurdles (20.6) and Warsame Mohamed’s fourth in the 800 (2:15.8).

Hyde is scheduled to host this Saturday (Spring Family Weekend) against all MAISAD schools with a 1:30 p.m. start.
