Falmouth Middle School’s boys and girls captured first place overall (Alpine and Nordic combined) at the Maine Junior Ski Club state championship meets at Shawnee Peak in Bridgton and Starks Hill in Fryeburg. Girls from Yarmouth came in second. 

In the boys’ competition, Yarmouth was second and Freeport was third. Devin Ventura of Falmouth was the top boys’ skimeister.
