Richard Omer Boisvert, 59, of Scarborough, passed away Thursday, April 5, 2012 at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House, surrounded by his loving family and friends. Charles “Chip” Cornell, 62, was born Jan. 5, 1950 and died on April 5, 2012.
