Eileen A. Balfe, 86, of Old Orchard Beach, passed away peacefully on April 3, 2012 at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough. At Eileen’s request, there will be no services held. Andrea Jeffers, 76, of Riverdale, N.Y. and formerly of Sanford, died on Jan. 14, 2012 at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City.
