
Freya is the daughter of Robert and Marijke Damrell of Georgetown. Mark is the son of Camilla Holdefehr of Harrison, N.Y., and George J. Holdefehr of Danbury, Conn.
Freya is a graduate of Morse High School and of Simmons College in Boston. She studied European affairs at l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris and is now the Cultural Program coordinator at the American University in Paris.
Mark graduated from Binghamton University and has an M.B.A. from the EM Lyon Business School in France. He is diabetes telemedicine marketing leader at the French pharmaceutical company Sanofi, based in Paris.
