Brown, daughter of Cheryl and Randy Kaplan of Wiscasset, and Ronda and Michael Brown of Topsham, is a graduate of Wiscasset High School. She is currently employed at Byrne’s Irish Pub.
Johnston, son of Christine and Peter Johnston, is a graduate of Open door Christian Academy and he is currently self-employed.
Their wedding is planned for Aug. 24, 2012, at Five Islands Baptist Church.
