LISBON — The Lisbon Police Department reported shortly after 9:30 a.m. today that a man who went missing from a group home in town has been located.
Officials say 54-year-old Michael Rizkalla was reported missing around 9 a.m. Sunday and was spotted in the Hallowell-Augusta area at 10 a.m. Monday.
The Maine Department of Health and Human Services issued a release Monday, asking the public for help in locating Rizkalla.
He was last seen wearing jeans, a T-shirt, a blue hooded sweatshirt and brown boots.
