
Six faculty dance couples plan to participate in the local answer to a national favorite pastime of watching dancers strut their stuff. Defending champions Randy Ridley and Julie Wescott have their sights sets on maintaining the prestigious dancing ball trophy.
Staff members from Alma- Lea’s Dance Studio will offer guidance to all contestants.
Semi-finals are scheduled to kick off at 7 p.m. today in the Lisbon High School gymnasium,
2 Sugg Drive. Finals will be held April 12 at 7 p.m.
Tickets are available at the door. Admission costs $5 for adults or $3 for children. Children younger than 5 years old will be admitted free.
