Gray, 31, of Bath, July 27, 2011, criminal mischief, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; domestic violence assault, jail three years, all but 67 days suspended, probation two years; in a separate incident on Aug. 22, 2011, violating condition of release, jail three months; in a separate incident on Aug. 6, 2011, violating condition of release, jail three months.

Lisa M. Green, 45, of West Bath, Nov. 11, 2010, driving to endanger, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; criminal trespass, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; assault, $300, jail 60 days; criminal mischief, jail 20 days, restitution $1,589.

Green, 45, of Bath, Feb. 23, 2011, burglary, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; refusing to sign criminal summons, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; violating condition of release, jail 10 days; operating under the influence, $700, jail 364 days all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, restitution $1,589; criminal mischief, dismissed, pleaded to another charge.

Mathew Albert Green, 25, of Springvale, June 12, 2011, harassment, dismissed for other reason.

Edward S. Guthro, 46, of Phippsburg, April 20, 2011, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; in separate incident April 19, 2011, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400, jail three years all but 90 days suspended, probation two years, restitution $480.

Albert Hathorne, 63, of Topsham, March 12, 2010, two counts of allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, both dismissed for other reason.

Heath G. Hawkes, 37, of Phippsburg, Jan. 23, 2011, operating under the influence, $750, license suspended 90 days.

Scott Hilderbrandt, 41, of Bowdoin, Feb. 24, 2011, violating protective order, jail 14 days.

Robert A. Holmes, 52, of Bath, Nov. 24, 2010, obstructing report of injury, not guilty; domestic violence assault, not guilty.

Richard D. Houdlette, 47, of Richmond, April 7, 2011, operating under the influence, $700, jail 180 days, all but seven days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years; in separate incident Sept. 21, 2011, violating condition of release, jail 48 hours.

Thomas J. Hourihan Jr., 23, of Damariscotta, July 29, 2010, aggravated forgery, dismissed, pleaded to another charge.

Edward Hunt, 21, of Phippsburg, July 1, 2011, furnishing liquor to a minor, dismissed due to insufficient evidence.
