To the editor:
As one of the Great Generation of World War II veterans and all the people of that generation who won the war by working together on the battlefields and on the homefront, I remember being able to buy five gallons of gasoline for $1.
Bring that generation’s spirit and leadership back by helping me elect Angus King as a U. S. senator from the great state of Maine.
