Students at Bath Regional Career and Technical Culinary Arts will serve corned beef and other St. Patrick’s Day fare to the public at a St. Patrick’s Day Café from noon to 1 p. m. Wednesday at the center at 800 High St.
A tasting menu will include green tea coolers, pea and mint soup, Irish soda bread, mixed greens with green goddess dressing, homemade Irish corned beef and vegetables with horseradish cream, mini shamrock-style shakes and a variety of St. Patrick’s Day desserts.
