PHIPPSBURG — The Board of Selectmen will meet at 6 p.m. today at the town office.
Among items on the agenda, selectmen will:
— Meet with various individuals concerning composting at the transfer station and associated upgrades.
— Meet with Terry Markham to review the town hall projects bid packages.
— Consider a posted roads reduced weight exemption for Wayne Williams to move a mobile home over Sam Day Hill Road.
— Consider two administrative abatements from the tax collector.
— Review and sign a referendum order to the town clerk for the secret ballot vote on the acceptance of the new 2012 land use ordinance.
— Consider a request from Peter Roberts to have two zoning ordinance amendment articles added to the warrant of the May annual town meeting.
Prior to the regular meeting, the board will meet at the transfer station at 4: 30 p. m. to review composting alternatives and proposed upgrades.
Following the regular meeting, selectmen will hold a personnel manual workshop.
