BATH — A 31-year-old Woolwich woman was arrested early Saturday morning after police say she assaulted a man at his home on Andrews Road.
Linzi J. Fitzgerald, 31, of Miller Road in Woolwich was charged with domestic violence assault as a result of the incident, Lt. Stan Cielinski of the Bath Police Dept. said Monday.
Police responded just before 1 a. m. Saturday to Andrews Road, where a man said his girlfriend had arrived and, during an altercation, tore his shirt and left marks on his neck.
Officers found her at her home in Woolwich, according to Cielinski.
Fitzgerald was released from the Bath police station on $1,000 unsecured bail and scheduled to appear in West Bath District Court on March 20.
