ERIE, Pa. — The Maine Red Claws had their two-game winning streak snapped in their 106-81 loss to the Erie BayHawks today before 5,035 fans at Tullio Arena.
Morris Almond scored a team-high 17 points to lead the Red Claws (15-23). Kenny Hayes, coming off his 52-point performance in Sunday’s win against Springfield, had 13 points while DeShawn Sims added 11 off the bench in his return after playing in Korea.
Rookie forward Mychel Thompson had a game-high 22 points to lead the BayHawks (19-17), who are on a season-high four-game winning streak.
