BATH — The following cases were closed in Sagadahoc County Superior Court from July 1, 2011 to Dec. 31, 2011.
Thomas Chase, 46, of Northborough, Mass., July 15, 2011, domestic violence assault, jail six months all but 20 days suspended, administrative release sentence six months; in separate incident Sept. 13, 2011, violating condition of release, dismissed, pleaded to another charge.
Timothy Conley, 19, of Bath, March 5, 2011, two counts of criminal mischief, both dismissed for other reason.
Thomas C. Cook, 32, of Topsham, Oct. 27, 2010, aggravated trafficking marijuana more than 1 pound, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; aggravated cultivating marijuana, five to 100 plants, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $800, jail 45 days.
Jodi L. Cutting, 42, of Vassalboro, Nov. 28, 2010, operating under the influence, $1,000, license suspended 90 days.
