The School Administrative District 75 Curriculum Committee is scheduled is scheduled to meet today at 5:30 p.m. to discuss three issues.
The first concerns world languages. The board will talk about what SAD 75 offers now and how a decreasing budget would and should affect world language programs next school year and in future years.
According to the agenda, Mt. Ararat Middle School’s approach to integrated English/ Language Arts and social studies has been re-appraised this year using student, parent and teacher feedback. Principal Bill Zima will give a presentation on the middle school’s process and recommendations for next year.
The Curriculum Committee also will take its first look at district New England Common Assessment Program (NECAP) scores, achievement data and the implications for curriculum.
The meeting will be held at 50 Republic Ave.
