
The award, named for former foundation president Arnie McDonald, is given to attorneys who have been licensed for less than 10 years and have made outstanding contributions to the legal community through pro bono service or other contributions.
According to a news release, Healy was awarded the “Arnie” for her service to the boards of the Cleaves Law Library, Wolfe’s Neck Farm and the Freeport Shellfish Commission, in addition to her pro bono efforts on behalf of the Volunteer Lawyers Project and on environmental projects and issues.
