WOOLWICH
Sagadahoc County Sheriff ’s Department investigators are looking for the person who broke into a home on Mountain Road and stole more than $1,000 worth of items.
Investigators believe the burglary, which was reported Feb. 20, occurred some time between Feb. 17 and Feb. 20.
Stolen items include a flat screen television, a camera, jars of change, a coin set of unknown value, a chain saw and a .22-caliber Ruger hand gun, together totaling at least $1,050 in value.
Lt. Calvin Temple said an outer porch door was found propped open. Glass had been broken out of an inner door leading to the kitchen.
As of Tuesday, there were no suspects or leads. Anyone with any information can call the Sagadahoc County Sheriff ’s Department at 443-8201 and ask for Deputy Adam Temple, who is investigating the burglary.
