LEWISTON — The board of directors of Androscoggin Bank recently announced its unanimous decision to promote David Pease to executive vice president, chief resource officer.
“At Androscoggin Bank, we realize that people are the key factor driving client satisfaction and ultimately our success. David’s contributions leading to employee engagement has been monumental. Rarely is a promotion awarded for which the recipient is more deserving than is true in this case,” said Paul Andersen, president and CEO.
Pease joined Androscoggin Bank in 2008, and he also teaches management courses at Thomas College in Waterville. He holds a M.S. degree in human resources management from Lesley University and a B.A. degree in political science from the University of Southern Maine.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
