BRUNSWICK — As part of a weekend of “ Meet Your Farmers and Fishermen” fairs to promote Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), the Brunswick CSA Fair will run from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 27 Pleasant St.
In the “community supported” model of local foods purchasing, a customer commits to buying a share of the coming harvest before the season begins. By doing so, he or she provides farmers or fishermen with seed money at the start of the growing season.
People can sign up for a CSA share at Sunday’s fair.
Admission to the fair is free. For more information, go to www.mofga.org or call 725- 6414.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
