BATH — The following cases were closed in Sagadahoc County Superior Court from July 1 to Dec. 21, 2011.
Justin Carman, 23, of Bath, July 11, 2011, violating condition of release, jail six days; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300; domestic violence reckless conduct, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; criminal mischief, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; domestic violence criminal threatening, dismissed, pleaded to another charge.
Crystal Carpentier, 28, of Bath, Jan. 1, 2011, illegal possession of firearm or crossbow, $500, jail two days.
Katelyn Cleaves, 23, of Bath, Jan. 27, 2011, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400, jail two years all but seven days suspended, probation one year.
