• Michael John Haskell, 48, of 56 High View Drive, New Gloucester, Feb. 16, 2:20 p.m., charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license, on Main Street and Library Street.
• Frederick B. Harlow, 70, of 79 Pleasant Hill Road, Feb. 16, 1:04 p.m., charged on two Brunswick Police Department warrants for operating under the influence with three prior violations and operating after habitual offenses, on Pleasant Hill Road.
