BATH — The Bath Area Family YMCA’s Early Spring Session 2012 is on tap, with the first session to start on Monday.
From water aerobics to indoor group cycling, the YMCA has classes to help participants reach fitness goals.
Those interested can check out the popular Muscle Time classes (specifically designed for active older adults), Tone and Strengthen with Pilates, Get Revved Up with Cardio- Kickboxing, or try one of the many other fitness classes.
Back by popular demand, the Multisport Training classes are offered in the morning and evening to fit any schedule. Seasoned athletes and novices alike will swim, bike, run and cross- train to improve fitness and prepare for competitions.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
