EJ Dufour, 18, of Gorham maintains his balance after jumping the curb and landing on the sidewalk near Portland’s Ocean Gateway cruise ship terminal Tuesday. He was there practicing skateboard tricks with three buddies, Tyler Loring, Taylor McLaughlin and Nik Pope, all 16 and from Windham. They came to Portland to skateboard during their school vacation because the Windham skate park is closed in the winter.
