Frozen Ropes will hold “The Second-Goal Parent: Developing Winners in Life Through Sports,” a Positive Coaching Alliance workshop for parents of athletes, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. March 18 at the Gold Room on Warren Avenue in Portland. The workshop will teach parents how to help children get the most out of their sports experience.
