Tickets are on sale today at Bowdoin College for Saturday’s NESCAC women’s basketball quarterfinal against Wesleyan. Tickets are $3 for adults and $1 for anyone under 18, and can be purchased during regular office hours in the Bowdoin athletic department (second floor of the Peter Buck Center). Tickets also will be available an hour before Saturday’s game, which starts at 3 p.m.

Pine Tree Camp in Rome is hosting a winter golf tournament on Saturday, March 3. The tournament on North Pond has three shotgun starts, at 9 a.m., 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Teams of four may register in one of three categories: corporate level at $300 per team; club level at $200; and school level at $100. Proceeds go to support Maine Project Learning Tree and the Pine Tree Camp. LaxPros will hold four free coaching clinics for youth coaches in March. The clinics will be held at the following locations and times: Brunswick High School, 9 to 11 a.m. March 3; Biddeford High School, 9 to 11 a.m. March 10; Scarborough High School, 4 to 6 p.m. March 18; and Falmouth Middle School, 6 to 8 p.m. March 21. MBR will hold its first men’s state basketball championship March 3-4 in Lewiston and Auburn. Each team will have two pool-play games on March 3, with the winner of each pool advancing to the championship round on March 4. Maine Elite Lacrosse is offering two programs in March at the Riverside Athletic Center in Portland for high school boys.
