Shawn M. Ashley, 21, of Topsham, June 1, 2010, domestic violence assault, jail 155 days; domestic violence assault, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; violating conditions of release, jail 155 days; stealing drugs, jail two years, six months, all but 155 days suspended, probation two years.
