Jessica Bartmess, 31, of Woolwich, Feb. 23, 2011, failure to stop, remain or render aid at the scene of personal injury, case dropped.

Todd M. Bernard, 37, of Topsham, April 24, 2010, driving to endanger, $575, license suspended 30 days; operating under the influence, dismissed, pleaded to another charge.
Scott A. Biller, 55, of Yarmouth, March 1, 2011, criminal trespass, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; burglary, jail four years, all but four months suspended, probation three years, restitution $675; criminal mischief, jail 30 days; two counts of burglary, both dismissed, pleaded to another charge.
Timothy Bishop, 32, of Lisbon, Aug. 31, 2010, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, unconditional discharge.
Derick L. Bolton, 22, of Lisbon, Sept. 29, 2010, operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed, pleaded to another charge.
James R. Bouchard, 56, of Brunswick, July 11, 2010, assault, dismissed for other reason.
James H. Bowker, 28, of Phippsburg, Jan. 29, 2011, failure to have harvester’s tag on shellfish, $150.
Kevin Bowler, 24, of Woolwich, July 23, 2011, domestic violence assault; obstructing report of a crime, both counts dismissed, pleaded to another charge.
