
Students held a raffle for the tickets and other items. Committee members thank Food City and the transfer station for allowing students to sell tickets on weekends.
“Parents assisted and supported students throughout the project and we were all very proud of their teamwork,” said class advisor Monica Millhime.
The first place winner of two round trip tickets to Boston was Matthew Waltras. Second place, a gift of a Downeaster golf shirt, went to Jerry Yergin; and the third place gift, a collector’s edition Downeaster mug, went to Shantal MacWhinnie.
