Frozen Ropes will hold “Becoming a Triple Impact Competitor, a Positive Coaching Alliance” workshop for baseball and softball players ages 10 and up, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Sunday at the Gold Room on Warren Avenue in Portland.

The South Portland National Little League will hold its registration from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Feb. 15 at the South Portland Community Center, 21 Nelson Road. First-time participants must bring a birth certificate and proof of residency. Returning players can register in person or online at www.spnll.com. The SPNLL has baseball, softball and T-ball leagues for boys ages 4 to 14 and girls ages 4 to 12.
