BRUNSWICK — The Theater Project’s Young Company will perform an interactive edition of “Charades” at 2 p.m. Saturday at 14 School St.
Tickets cost $5 at the door, and proceeds benefit the Young Company.
Audience members will participate by suggesting clues from the designated topics — books, music, movies, television, etc. — that Young Company will then act out for the remaining audience members to guess.
The Theater Project’s Young Company is a collection of high school students from Brunswick and surrounding towns. Under the direction of a Theater Project staff member, they produce at least three shows a year, elect a Young Company board and hold fundraisers throughout the year to help support their programming.
Also at The Theater Project, The Professional Ensemble continues its repertory productions of “Winter Cabaret” at 8 p.m. Saturday, and “Circle Mirror Transformation” at 8 p.m. today and 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are always “pay what you want.” For a full schedule of performances, see www.theaterproject.com or call the box office at 729-8584.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
