WATERVILLE — Connie Coggins, president and CEO of HealthReach Community Health Centers, recently announced that Richmond resident Doreen Holmes has joined its board of directors.

Holmes currently serves as vice president on the board of directors for the Richmond Area Health Center. She is the owner and president of Innovative Physical Therapy and Wellness Center, located in Richmond. She holds a professional license in massage therapy and a certification in integrative manual therapy.
