
He was born July 5, 1934 in Topsham the son of George and Bertha Prebble Cotton. He served as Military Police in the United States Army, worked at many shoe companies and retired from B.I.W.
He was an avid outdoorsman, with a lifelong interest in building and flying airplanes. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating and old Western movies.
He is survived by two sisters; Ruby Thompson of Topsham, Elsie Van Buren of Brunswick, a son; Dennis Cotton and his fiancé Kim White of Starks, a daughter; Pegi- Ann Cotton of Greene, a granddaughter; Molly Kulow, great grandson; Colin Kulow, his dear close cousin Beth Pelletier of Florida, many nieces, nephews and families a special friend, Sue and his adored per cat "Claws".
Per his request there will be no services.
