WATERBORO — The York County Sheriff’s Department said a driver whose vehicle went off Townhouse Road in Waterboro this afternoon appears to have died from some type of medical condition.

Major William L. King Jr. said the driver, a man, was operating along Townhouse Road, near the intersection of East Shore Road in Waterboro, when his vehicle left the road.

King said the car travelled about 50 feet into a wooded area before coming to rest.
