Snyder is a 2003 graduate of Wiscasset High School, and for the past five years has been employed by Wiscasset Family Medicine. She is also attending the University of Maine and will obtain her degree in business administration management in the fall of 2012.
Johnston is a 2007 graduate of A Beka Academy and is currently self-employed.
They live with their three young daughters in Woolwich.
A spring 2012 wedding is being planned.
